Table Cover Linen Rentals: Free
Place Settings: $75.00 For Plastic Set and Paper Napkin; $2.50/each For Glassware/Dinnerware/Linen Napkin.
Staff Fee: $100.00/each (at least one).
Bartender: $25.00 / hour.
*8.25% Sales Tax will be charged where applicable.
The above fee entitles the renter to the use of the Outdoor Pavilion rented for the whole day of the rental until dark. Banquet Room and/or Church rented for 8 hours of day of the rental, $50 for each additional hour will be charged until 11:00 P.M. $100.00 for each additional hour after 11:00 P.M.
TABC rules require that all alcohol must be purchased from the club, sales tax and 15% gratuity will be added to the cost of any beverages and food purchased.
Non-members are required to pay the total rental amount at the time of contract signing, with an additional $300.00 security deposit. Members are required to pay a deposit of half of the rent fee, plus the $300.00 deposit for a firm reservation.
Cancellations less than 10 days in advance will be charged 50% of the total rental rate.
The renter is responsible for cleaning and returning the facility to the same condition that it was in upon arrival. Failure to do so will result in loss of $300 security deposit. This includes church room, banquet room, all bathrooms, kitchen, all outside areas and loading areas. Caterers and/or renters assume the responsibility of thoroughly washing any dishes and glasses used for the party.
